Saturday 10th May 2008 - Lakeside Pleasure Ride (Falstone Kielder)
Venue at Hawkhope Car Park At head of Dam Outdoor leisure map 42 ref 706 882. aprox 24 km (15 miles) Description- little road work, 4 gates, some of route on new multi user trail, 4 wooden bridges – new and horse friendly. Kielder is a working forest so expect some flint stones on the route. 9 .30am – 10.30am. Please present to the timekeeper when you are ready to go. Do not arrive late. Closing date for entries 2nd May 2008. Members £10.00 Non Members £15.00 (will include day membership) - Cheques made payable to:

Saturday 5th July - Alnwick Pleasure & Training Ride
The route this year has been extended to provide a 30km training ride as well as a pleasure ride. The trail takes you through some lovely Northumberland countryside alongside the River Breamish and uses some new permissive bridleways as well as more established routes. Much of the route is across the Hedgeley Estate which offers a range of features, woodland carr with wild flowers, low pastures along the river which provide habitat for Lapwings and Oystercatchers as well as Sand Martins and moorland stretches.

Sunday 3rd August 2008 - Northumberland & Tyneside Endurance GB Hexhamshire Ride
Venue:Cooks House Farm, Hexham with kind permission of Mr and Mrs I Dodds. Approx. 21km (13 miles), beautiful fell and few very quiet lanes. Water on route. Closing Date:Monday 21st July 2008. Entry Fee:£15 members. £20 non-members - includes day membership of EGB
